Colombo to Kandy by Train 2019

A scenic train ride is the perfect way to enjoy the journey from Colombo to Kandy.

I had the pleasure of taking this historic train journey during my last trip to Sri Lanka in June of 2019. It’s such a great way to see the changing scenery from city to the lush hill capital. Wonderfully comfortable and so quick!

A must do for anyone travelling between these two cities and seeking a very authentic experience!
